Brrrr! Burrrr!

Brrrr! brrrr!
It’s winter outside,
The branches are bare,
The ground is a slide
Of frozen puddles
And glistening ice.
I’m going to stay in
Where it’s cosy and
nice...
I’m making a den with the
plumpest of cushions,
And softest of blankets,
So comfy and warm,
A few of my favourite
books and a puzzle,
I’m going to stay in
Where it’s cosy and nice.
Brrrr! brrrr!
It’s winter outside,
I peer through my window
And to my surprise,
Having fun sliding
On cold, icy puddles,
Wrapped up so warm
Are my friends outside...
I’m wrapping up snug with
the cosiest of coats,
My warm woollen mittens,
My hat and my scarf,
I slip and I slide to my
friends in the garden,
We laugh and we laugh and
we laugh!
